Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting our third loyalty brunch, a cherished event we started in 2023, that brings together familiar faces to celebrate the milestones we’ve achieved together.

Whether it’s five, ten, fifteen years, or more, every year spent at Stingray is a chapter in our shared story. Our employees’ dedication, passion, and hard work have been instrumental in shaping the success and culture of our company.

Over the years, our employees have built a place where we can be ourselves, work hard, and play even harder. By embodying values such as integrity, engagement, and collaboration, they’ve created a workplace that transcends the traditional office setting, evolving into a true community.

Celebrating milestones

In the last year, we have been thrilled to celebrate numerous milestones that speak volumes about the loyalty of our employees:

• 53 employees have been with us for 3 years
• 27 employees have reached the remarkable 5-year milestone
• 14 employees have celebrated a decade with Stingray
• And an impressive 9 employees who have been with us for an extraordinary 15 years!

These milestones are more than numbers; they are stories of commitment, growth, and embodying the spirit that drive our company forward! It was important to us to proudly display these employees who have dedicated 5, 10 or 15 years to our company. That’s why, in 2023, we inaugurated the Wall of Fame, located in the cafeteria of our Montreal offices, featuring records signed by our loyal employees.

This symbolic structure honors Stingray’s “Rockstars” and is a tangible celebration of the loyalty and strength of our corporate culture. The wall serves not only to recognize their contributions, but also to inspire others through their example of loyalty and resilience.
