Stingray Business honored as a double finalist at the 2025 DIZZIE Awards

We’re thrilled to announce that we have been named a finalist for two prestigious Digital Signage Experience (DIZZIE) Awards for our innovative work with BMO and Moose Knuckles. The DIZZIE Awards celebrate the world’s most creative and forward-thinking digital signage projects, and we are honored to have two of our installations recognized among the best in the industry. The winners will be unveiled at the Digital Signage Experience event in San Diego on October 20, 2025.

Finalist, Public Spaces: BMO’s digital landmark at Sankofa Square

 

At the heart of Toronto’s iconic Sankofa Square, we partnered with BMO to create a true digital landmark: the world’s largest transparent LED display. Engineered to fit the building’s curved glass facade, the 240-square-metre screen broadcasts high-impact brand content while preserving perfect visibility and natural light for those inside.

 

With 85% to 95% transparency, the display is virtually invisible from within the branch, maintaining the building’s architectural integrity. This state-of-the-art installation has transformed the BMO branch into a recognized feature of the Toronto cityscape, providing the bank with an unprecedented and powerful platform for brand storytelling in one of the world’s most prominent locations. The project’s success has solidified our partnership with BMO, paving the way for future innovations in retail banking design.

Finalist, Retail Environments: The weather-triggered digital skylight for Moose Knuckles

For the Moose Knuckles flagship store in Montreal’s Royalmount development, we created an immersive “digital skylight” that has redefined the in-store atmosphere. This project features a massive ceiling-mounted LED screen that syncs with live local weather, bringing the outdoors in.

 

Our custom-built application uses a real-time weather API to automatically display a vast library of hyper-realistic content, from sunny skies to heavy snow. This automated, data-driven system creates an ambiance that is always relevant and authentic to the premium outerwear brand. The installation has become the store’s signature feature, captivating customers and powerfully reinforcing the Moose Knuckles identity by seamlessly blending the interior environment with the elements outside.

Pushing the boundaries of digital experience

These nominations are a testament to our team’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of creativity and technology. Both the BMO and Moose Knuckles projects showcase how intelligent, context-aware digital signage can create unforgettable experiences that connect the audience on a deeper level with the brand.
